Reserve your date
A 50% deposit reserves your items. Quotes are valid for 48 hours.
- 03
Delivery & setup
We deliver in a scheduled window, or at a fixed time with Priority service. Setup and takedown can be added to your quote.
- 04
Pickup
We pick everything up after your event, usually the next day or 1–2 days after.

What areas do you serve?

Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is $200 in rentals, before delivery fees and any card fee, for both delivery and will call. Read the Terms & Conditions.
How do I reserve my rentals?
Request a quote, then pay a 50% deposit to reserve your date. Quotes and invoices are valid for 48 hours, and the balance is due 3 business days before delivery.
Do you set up and take down?
Yes, on request. Setup and takedown are not included unless they are listed on your invoice, so ask for them when you request your quote and we'll price them in advance.
When do you deliver and pick up?
Standard deliveries are scheduled between 7 AM and 3 PM, on the event day or 1–2 days before. Pickups are generally the day after the event or 1–2 days after. Need an exact time? Ask for Priority fixed-time service.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. Request it in advance; a $20 certificate fee applies and is shown on your invoice.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Your options depend on how far ahead you cancel. Section 11 of our Terms & Conditions has the full cancellation and rescheduling schedule. Read the Terms & Conditions.
